1. Who is responsible

2. Scope of this version
This version of the site is a frontend implementation. There is no database, no backend, and no form sends information to a server.
To leave no room for doubt:
- The registration form does not create a real account and stores nothing you type outside your own browser.
- Sign-in does not authenticate against any server: it is an interface simulation.
- The contact form does not send your message anywhere and does not save it.
- The unsubscribe form neither records nor removes any address, because no mailing list exists.
- Passwords you type are never stored, encrypted or transmitted: they are discarded when the page reloads.
If a backend is connected in future, this policy will be updated before any real data is collected.
3. What is kept in your browser
The site uses your device's local storage (localStorage) to work. None of it travels to a server, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

4. What we never store
- Passwords or any access credentials.
- Payment data, cards or bank details: the site has no payment provider.
- Identity documents or sensitive data.
- Authentication tokens.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookie and local storage use is set out in the Cookie Policy. The site currently loads no third-party analytics and no advertising tools.
6. Third parties
Site typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers. The hosting provider also processes standard technical data, such as your IP address, in its server logs.
7. Minors
The service is intended solely for people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
8. Your rights
Where personal data is processed by us, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the General Data Protection Regulation by writing to mitchellcosta9@gmail.com. In this version of the site we keep no user records, so there is nothing held by us to rectify or erase.
